Welcome to our FAQ section! Here, we've compiled answers to the most common questions our clients ask about our products, services, and policies. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact our customer support team.

How does the design process work ?
After the first meeting, where sketsches will be made to find the right product for the client. There will be a certain amount of revision included depending on the booked package. The client will recieve a few proposals and will decide of changes are to be made. Once the design is set, the client will write to agree on the final design, for it to be sent to production.

How long does it take to recieve the product?
I recomend to plan at least 6 to 18 weeks, depending on the design. If the invitations need to be delivered before that, we could make it faster depending on the workload in that moment.

Can the invitations be in another language?
Of course!, you can provide the text in the other language or I can provide it for you. All texts no mather the language, need to be checked by the costumer before sending the final product to production.
